Sacred Scholarship
A Bit About Emma
Originally from Toney, AL, Emma’s love for biblical studies began during her first semester at Samford University in a required Biblical Perspectives course. After learning the origination of the two creation stories in the Bible, she was hooked and promptly changed her major to Religion. Three degrees later, Emma has realized her goal of creating accessible bible study materials and programs which incorporate biblical scholarship for use in liturgical spaces.

She resides in Philadelphia, PA with her partner, Spencer. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spoiling her cats—Opi and Fern—and pretending that she has a green thumb.

She is also runs a small proofreading business called Chronically Caffeinated Proofreading, which focuses on proofing academic writing and articles in addition to other proofreading needs.
